The Earth is a planet of the solar system, being the third party in order from the Sun and the fifth in diameter. He is the largest of the four telluric planets. Among the planets of the Solar system, the Earth has unic conditions: maintains great amounts of water, has tectonic plates and a stong magnetic field. The atmosphere interacts with the alive systems. The modern science puts the Earth as the only planetary body that possesses life in the way which we knew. Some scientists as James Lovelock considers that the Earth is an alive system called Gaia. The planet Earth has a spherical form approximately, but his rotation causes a deformation for the form elipsoidal (flat to the poles). The real form of the Earth is called of Geoide, it presents very irregular, wavy form, mathematically complex.
